A bunch of new puzzles will be available by early June, including this new Ecru puzzle!
Painted in 1926 by Japanese artist Ochiai Rofu, this roughly 400 piece puzzle has four separate panels mixed together in the box:
Each panel is a highly-detailed beautiful scene of rural life in Kyoto, like this zoom-in:
The puzzle design by Chandler Millwood is inspired by Japanese joinery and aesthetics, with most of the pieces connecting together, but some of the pieces are individual connector-less pieces that form little windows onto the scene.
The puzzle also has whimsies.
