This is a 284 piece puzzle made by Stumpcraft Puzzles of Canada. It comes as four mini-puzzles, each with a straight edge, but very irregular and diverse piece shapes, many whimsies and multi-piece whimsies. Puzzle design by Jasen Robillard.
Overall, this puzzle is average hard for its size.
Stumpcraft Puzzles are laser-cut from 1/4” Eco Gold MDF and they print their images directly on the wood resulting in rich colors with a matte finish for reduced glare.

Sometimes the sum is greater than the parts, and that's absolutely true for this puzzle. This puzzle is actually 4 little puzzles mixed together, with 2 having birds and the other 2 bees. The bee mini puzzles have a really fun hex pattern to the pieces with lots of flower and bee whimsies, and the bird mini puzzles take on a more organic knob style with birds and music note whimsies. There's also quite a few line cuts for the whimsies, which adds a little extra challenge to help balance being able to color sort the pieces.
This isn't going to be the most challenging puzzle due to the small puzzle sizes, but it's a fun little adventure while it lasts, and the theme works together perfectly with the design. Highly recommended!
