This is a 235 piece wooden jigsaw puzzle made by Stumpcraft Puzzles in Canada, featuring charming artwork by John Webster that celebrates the simple joy of taking time to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
Stumpcraft Puzzles are cut from 1/4” Eco Gold MDF and print their images directly on the wood, resulting in rich colors with a matte finish for reduced glare.
The artwork captures a peaceful scene of a bear enjoying a comfortable chair, a favorite drink, and a sunny afternoon. Rather than focusing on work and responsibilities, it is a tribute to slowing down and appreciating life's quiet moments.
The puzzle design by Siri Olson and Marcy Wiedrick was a true collaboration, with each designer creating different sections of the image while building on each other's ideas throughout the process. The result is a cohesive design filled with creative outdoor themed whimsy pieces and a variety of irregular piece shapes that make the puzzle both engaging and fun.
