This is a 303-piece wooden jigsaw puzzle of "Unexpected Visitor" by Roch Urbaniak. The astronomically cool puzzle design by David Figueiras with knob and star connectors, a partly-irregular edge, and plenty of themed whimsies. The puzzle's difficulty is about average. Like all our puzzles, made with 1/4" thick wood and the pieces are laser-cut. Packaged in our standard pine wood box. Made in the USA (specifically, in Fremont, California).

Review: This was our third David Figueiras Cat Puzzle (after "Lullaby for Lions" and "Belling the Cat"), and as usual, it did not disappoint. I tackled the sky while my partner worked on the buildings. Some parts were quite fiendish - I crowed with delight when I finally figured out what was going on with the outlines for the strange connectors I couldn't find in the sky-colored pieces I'd laid out in front of me, and we were probably 75% through the puzzle before we found the tricksy piece that completed the last straight edge of the border. Still, this was a very doable puzzle - we finished it in several casual evening sessions without looking at the picture. Beautiful image, beautiful puzzle design, very satisfying.
