This is a 396-piece wooden jigsaw puzzle of "The Just Reproach" by UK artist Richard Friend. The puzzle design by Jef Bambas features boisterous British-pub themed whimsies. The puzzle's difficulty is about average. Like all our puzzles, made with 1/4" thick wood and the pieces are laser-cut. Packaged in our standard pine wood box. Made in the USA (specifically, in Fremont, California).

A fun puzzle that is easier to put together because of the color groupings. I imagine it would be fun with children (not toddlers), because the color patterns are distinct-- although since the whimsies are pub related, that might not be of interest to a child. Because of all the whimsies it is good to do upside down (blank side up) -- although that ups the difficulty of it. I liked the picture so much that after doing it right side up, I took it apart bit by bit and did it upside down.

What a great puzzle to enjoy! The picture is gorgeous, and the design of the puzzle is perfect, and made me laugh. It’s neither too hard nor easy. Right in the middle. Love this!

This is one of our favorite puzzles. The colors are wonderful. The puzzle design is top notch. The difficulty level is challenging without being overwhelming. There is a lot of complexity in the puzzle that just makes it a pleasure to work on. And as you work on it you get to contemplate the meaning of the title: The Just Reproach. Yes, that's the name of the pub but what else does it mean.
