Artifact Puzzles - Edward Hopper Soir Bleu Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle

This is a 168-piece wooden jigsaw puzzle depicting Edward Hopper's 1914 painting "Soir Bleu" (aka Blue Evening) of a Paris cafe scene after the theaters let out.

Our younger customers may not be aware, but the odd white sticks dangling from some of the characters' mouths were an early form of vaping that involved lighting an actual tiny fire and holding it burning from your lips; this was simply referred to as "smoking."  

The puzzle is average hard, with just a few themed whimsy pieces, hexagonal-shaped pieces, and a hexagonal edge. Puzzle design by Kathryn Flocken and Jef Bambas. 

Like all our puzzles, laser-cut from 1/4" thick wood. Packaged in our small blue box with magnetic clasp. Made in USA.
