This is a gorgeous 553-piece puzzle of the Erin Hanson painting Flurry of Wildflowers.

The puzzle design (by David Figueiras and Gema Palacio) has lots of meadow whimsies hidden amongst irregular pieces with diverse connectors. This puzzle has a lazy hand-drawn irregular edge. NOTE: The irregular edge is not shown in the image on the box!

Overall this puzzle is really hard for our puzzles, but it's not the hardest.

Erin Hanson is a contemporary impressionist painter, her brush strokes and exuberance will remind you of Van Gogh.

Like all our puzzles, laser-cut from 1/4" thick wood, and made in USA (specifically, in Port Townsend, Washington).

Packaged in our new big blue traditional puzzle box with picture on top and side labels on the short and long sides for flexible stacking on your shelves.

Review: Didn't even bother to start this puzzle. I open the box to check it out and was underwhelmed by the muted colors and connector pattern so I just closed it back up.

Review: Didn't love the picture, but really didn't like the uneven edge, not many whimsies, not fun. Did about 1/4 and decided I wasn't having fun and put it in the box!

Review: Took us a week, which is longer than usual. After assembling the bits with distinctive colors, I had to train my eyes to look for exact shapes, one by one, instead of looking at the image. Definitely tricky but not frustrating.

Review: this one took me longer than usual but I didn't find it so hard as to not be fun. (I have had ones like that but not this one.)

Review: I loved the challenge of this one. It took me about a week, off and on, but really enjoyed it.
