This puzzle is everything I love, cool fall morning, dogs in the park. I wish I could jump in and become part of the image! We loved the cut of this puzzle and the cut outs on the top corners were a nice surprise!

My very first experience in the realm of wooden puzzle, and oh my! I got hooked bad! Fantastic chromatic range (dark/light, cold/warm colors, and as Georgia mentioned, very evocative of an automnal walk), delicate design (the curlicues of the fern, the dots of the leaves, the upper corners, etc.) and a very clever cut that makes it interesting (you are never immediately sure of what it is: a branch, a tail, hair?). Some pieces are super cute and their size and thickness make them at the same time substantial and elegant (cardboard seem so flimsy in comparaison, but also some other brand of wooden puzzles feature thinner pieces and glossy images that are not as pleasurable to handle). The pieces fall into place with a perfect fit (not too loose, not too tight) which is immensely satisfying (and maybe addictive). I love that the image, like autumn itself, is a complex blend of melancholy and uplifting experience. The small size makes it very precious.

One of my favorite puzzles ever. It captures the mood of a crisp autumn dog walk. Who separates puzzle pieces based on sunrays? Amusing puzzle piece designs that had me smiling at the cleverness. A perfect puzzle count for an afternoon for two people. The matte finish makes it a total delight. Every person who has seen my finished picture says how gorgeous it looks. On every level, this would make a lovely cherished gift for a friend or yourself.
