This 474 piece wooden jigsaw puzzle is a painting by Emily Carew Woodard of two naughty dogs resting after some overly exuberant play. The painting is also known as "You Take The Blame."
The puzzle is average hard for our puzzles.
The puzzle has lots of themed whimsies, irregular piece shapes with mostly knob connectors, and a straight edge. Puzzle design by David Figueiras.
Artifact Puzzles are laser-cut from 1/4" wood.
This puzzle comes packaged in a wood box with sliding lid, engraved side label, and a small picture of the puzzle image on the box.

Love all the dog whimsies, along with a suspicious number of cats! The pillows bring a nice bit of construction interest - overall, loved the puzzle, not hard at all.

This is a such a crisp, colorful and imaginative image!! The puzzle designers have given us pieces that are varied and often quite tricky. To add to the fun, we are provided with a plethora of whimsy pieces; if you look closely, these whimsies combine in the finished product to demonstrate that a dog really is man's best friend. A bit of mischievousness just can't get in the way of that relationship.
