This lovely 167-piece wooden jigsaw puzzle is of an 1882 painting by Edouard Manet called "Flowers in a Crystal Vase." The puzzle pieces are elegant leafy pieces (no whimsies), designed by Tara Flannery (click on the small picture beneath the product image to see example pieces). This puzzle has a straight edge and average difficulty. All our puzzles are laser-cut from 1/4" thick wood, and made in USA. Packaged in a small box with magnetic clasp.

The blended background colors were a bit of a challenge but the center of the puzzle was easier. Still, it took me 3 hours! Some of the pieces were cut the same and could fit into the wrong place.

I was first attracted to wooden puzzles because of the whimsies. As I've done more, I've become a bigger fan of the puzzles with a decorative cut only (no whimsies). This is a very good puzzle.

This is a gem of a puzzle. The art can stand on it's own. What the design of the cut and the quality of the materials adds to the beauty of this puzzle makes doing it a very special treat.
