Review: Super difficult because of the relatively even colors! Forest-themed whimsies include pieces with leaf-shaped connectors; as with many Artifact puzzles, the connectors are the wittiest part of the puzzle, and they certainly deliver here.

Review: I have completed dozens of 5000 piece puzzles and even the amazing 12,144 piece Bosch triptych in the past, but this puzzle is the hardest I've ever done. There are no determinable edge pieces, which makes finding the 8 borders quite challenging. The whimsies are fun and unexpected. Try it if you dare!

Review: I really enjoyed this puzzle. As the description says, it's a very hard puzzle, but I found the whimsies to be really cool -- without spoiling anything (I hope), we get a bunch of whimsies that don't look like anything which come together to make 2 really huge things. When I realized what it was I couldn't help smiling and I dragged my wife over to come see (she's not a puzzle person normally, but also thought it was neat).

Review: I actually beta tested this puzzle and there was one piece that looked a little on the sketchy side (too delicate could break too easily) which I drew to the attention of Artifact and I'm sure they redesigned that particular piece. I'm so impressed at how well made the puzzles are in general! Aside from that one piece, this is not a puzzle that i normally would have chosen to do. It simply looks extremely difficult- so many trees! So many pieces! However, I was recovering from surgery and went ahead and tried to do it. I liked the connectors, many shaped like mushrooms, acorns... It felt very organic and slowly, but surely, the forms grew and took shape and began to connect with one another. I'd say that it is one of the more difficult, challenging puzzles that I've experienced, but it is also quite fun, and has unusual whimsy shapes that don't really become obvious until you complete them. It is a beautiful puzzle and I did feel a sense of accomplishment when I completed it. It is also a puzzle that I will continue to put together and enjoy, although it is certainly most challenging the first time that you attempt it!
