Artifact Puzzles - Vikram Madan Robot Creation Myth Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle

$ 80.00

This is a 382 piece wooden jigsaw puzzle of "Robot Creation Myth" by Vikram Madan. The colorful, detailed art is paired with a puzzle design by David Figueiras featuring a variety of piece shapes, lots of cosmic and robot themed whimsies, and a complex, irregular edge (shown). NOTE: The irregular edge is not shown in the image on the box!

There are also a few tiny star drop-outs that form the constellation of Orion the Hunter (we only included the Orion stars you can usually see).

It's average hard overall due to oodles of whimsies and some clear color areas, and  makes a great family time puzzle.

Like all our puzzles, laser-cut from 1/4" thick wood. Packaged in our standard pine wood box. Made in USA.

Review: Brilliant! This puzzle is witty and cheery and a fun romp. Working this image had me pulling out my Terry Pratchett Discworld books, which led me to read his Good Omens that he wrote with Neil Gaiman. Neil Gaiman is too darn weird for me, but they temper each other in Good Omens and produce one of the most enjoyable books I have ever read (I know, this is supposed to be a puzzle review, but if this puzzle interests you I think you'll also really like these book suggestions). (P.S. I tried the tv show they made of Good Omens and it was a spastic disaster if you ask me, though apparently plenty of people did like that, but stick with the book if you know how to read!).

Review: If aliens are real, I hope they are as cute as the whimsies in this puzzle. This one packed just a bit of a challenge due to the colors, but was loads of fun. Make sure to look for Orion after you work it!
