Review: This puzzle took a while, but I enjoyed it a lot. The edges were harder for me because the sky and ground were less differentiated than the rest of the puzzle. Most of the puzzle had fine details in many colors. I like putting together puzzles where I can look at the picture and track down just the correct colors and lines/curves. The artist is one of my favorites because of his obvious love of color and interesting details. With the help of my cat, one piece went missing, but I was able to get a replacement pretty easily for a fee, and by following the instructions (taking a picture of the puzzle area with the piece missing). I expect that the original piece will eventually show up ... maybe under the refrigerator ... but this way I don't have to wait.

Review: Challenged us up until the end which is always good for a puzzle! The colors are vibrant and the edge unique. Definitely a fun one!

Review: There is something fishy about this puzzle!! The fantastical image came straight from Tomasz Pietrzyk's playful imagination; apparently this colorful aquatic creature, complete with gills, fins, and spotting telescope will move your entire city. The puzzle designer, David Figueras, has had his fun, providing us with whimsey pieces in the shapes of moving men lifting their loads, various household goods, and, of course, lots of extra fish. We even learned some new puzzle terminology from this experience, as we now know what a "jittered edge" is; believe us, it is not a simple as a straight edge. We loved working on this puzzle, were captivated by the vivid colors, and it gave us two weeks of relaxed fun. Kudos to Rachel and Aaron who polished this off in one day!! (see previous review). Anyway, you can see that whether you are a slow puzzler or an expert speedy one, you will receive a goodly dose of joy in your day when you engage with the imagination of Tomasz Pietrzyk.
