This is a 299 piece wooden jigsaw puzzle of the aquatic "Atlantyda" by Roch Urbaniak. The undersea ruins of the art are matched with a civilized puzzle design architected by Jef Bambas.

The pieces interlock with unique greek-style and knob connectors, and the puzzle has atlantis-themed whimsy pieces. The irregular edge is wavy and whimsical with greek ruins and drop-outs. NOTE: The irregular edge is not shown in the image on the box!

The puzzle's difficulty is a bit harder than average for its size (we used to say it was average, but customers have explained to us we were wrong - this is harder than average!)

Like all our puzzles, made with 1/4" thick wood and the pieces are laser-cut. Packaged in our standard pine wood box. Made in USA.

Review: Non-unique pieces and similar colors/patterns makes this puzzle harder (and sometimes frustrating).

Review: In the depths of the dark and mysterious sea, the ruins of an ancient civilization await. Brightly colored coral and unusual varieties of tropical fish have made their homes amongst these submerged classical remains. We enjoyed the visual feast of this compelling scene, as it unfolded piece by piece! This was quite a challenging puzzle for us, definitely more demanding than its assigned "average difficulty" rating. The border, a stunning creation, presented both intrigue and reward! We recommend this puzzle for the sophisticated cut of its pieces, for the brilliant neon colors of the scene, and for the fun of enjoying a finished product of ravishing beauty. Go for it, and you will not be disappointed that you tried this one!

Review: This underwater adventure really captures the Atlantis exploration theme. Most of the piece shapes are also slight variations on the same ruins pattern, which adds a nice twist on the usual pieces. It seems like that should make it it really hard, but there's always just enough to find a few more matches without it feeling frustrating. The border design is also really amazing and fits the them perfectly. One of my new favorite Artifact puzzles!
