This is a 456 piece wooden jigsaw puzzle showcasing Justin Hillgrove's "Word Travels South." Designed by Jef Bambas, this puzzle has pieces that are a bit bigger than average, and classic square puzzle pieces with knob connectors, an irregular edge, and alphabet and little Hillgrovian monster whimsies. NOTE: The irregular edge is not shown in the image on the box! A great choice for family time.
The puzzle's difficulty is average.
Like all our puzzles, laser-cut from 1/4" thick wood. Packaged in our standard pine wood box. Made in USA.

The irregular border here that makes the whole image look like a stack of books is clever, and the alphabet pieces are well-cut, butt ultimately this was not one of my favorite Artifact puzzles. I was too frustrated by how loosely it interlocked; shifting sections of pieces without having to rebuild them was almost impossible. The image is cute, though!

This is first Artifact puzzle but not my last! A gift from my daughter, we had so much fun putting it together. We were not aware of the irregular edge to begin with- what an unexpected treat! The whimsical shapes are amazing, the colors so vibrant and bright! Love this puzzle!!
