Review: We found it on the hard side also. Unique shapes for the pieces take a bit to get used to.”

Review: It's interesting how different puzzling brains work... I found this one on the difficult side for its piece count. That said, the piece shapes are some of the most unique I've seen, and I think this is the first narwhal whimsy I've encountered!

Review: Updated Review! I noticed that this beautiful "Islander" puzzle has been lingering on the site for quite awhile. I hope that my previous review hasn't put a damper on your consideration of purchasing this one. The cut of the puzzle pieces is very top notch...and they are BIGGER pieces. I categorize this one as my "Rainbow Sherbet Delight". It has a nice summertime feel. Might need that on a cold snowy day this winter. It is a unique puzzle and well worth taking the plunge. Please reconsider, if you have been on the fence about this one!!!

Review: I agree with Marilyn's review of this puzzle. I too, was disappointed at the dullness and lack of vibrant crispness of the artwork. I am totally fine the the background resembles melted rainbow sherbet...it is the canoes and the people that let me down. They are lost in the scene. Washed out and not at all like the online preview. I did give my rating one more star because the jigsaw cut of the pieces is phenomenal. This is truly the first Artifact puzzle that let me down. Not a total loss, but not what I eagerly anticipated.
