Artifact Puzzles - Randal Spangler Fireside Fairytales Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle

$ 76.00

We are delighted to present a 364 piece wooden jigsaw puzzle featuring Randal Spangler's artwork fantasy "Fireside Fairytales." Designed by David Figueiras, these high reaching arches are accomplished with the help of classic (and not-so-classic) connectors, majestic themed whimsies, and (of course!) some magic fairy dust.  This puzzle has a straight edge.

Like all our puzzles, laser-cut from 1/4" thick wood. Packaged in our standard unfinished pine wood box. Made in USA (specifically, in Fremont, California).

14.25" x 11.5"

Review: This one is my new favorite. Excellent puzzle! Better to be ready to devote some time to it.

Review: I have to admit, I love books. This puzzle was delightfully colorful and fun with fairies and my dream library. It was so much fun to see the library and the shelves of books assemble itself one puzzle piece at a time. The fantasy whimsies were also surprising, ranging from mythological creatures to delicately made fairies. I even found an elf...and a bunny rabbit. Don't eat the books, rabbit!

Review: Fabulous! Fanciful, complex picture that is so fun to assemble. The only (very mild) criticism I have is that with an illustration that is so richly detailed, it would be nice if it were just a wee bit bigger so that you can thoroughly enjoy al those details once the puzzle is assembled. But this one is a joy! I hope to see more of Mr. Spangler's work here.

Review: What a grand puzzle Spangler’s Fairytales is! Not only is it a delightful painting, the puzzle design is a treat. Whimsies with the finest detail add to the fun of putting this one together. Puzzle pieces are a just-right size and the varied connectors help keep the puzzle from separating on a slippery surface as it comes together. You almost feel as though you are sitting by the fireplace with the old couple as they enjoy their fairy tales. While I’m considered “elderly,” this puzzle should be fine for all ages, with the youngest enjoying fitting a piece or two here and there.
