This 347 piece wooden jigsaw puzzle is one of Renoir's most famous images. The puzzle has many special pieces shaped like dancers, designed by artist Kathryn Flocken for this puzzle. Most of the pieces are regular pentagons, which helps make this puzzle harder than average. The puzzle has a straight edge. Like all our puzzles, this one is laser-cut from quarter inch thick wood. Packaged in a pine wood box with sliding lid. Made in USA.

The puzzle isn’t as vibrantly colored as the painting, so you really need good daylight. My rating of hard goes along with that and with my hardly looking at the picture at all - just to see where a few chunks went to give me some landmarks. If you need to do the edges first, you’ll be frustrated because the pentagon shapes make that pretty impossible! All that said, I found it beautiful and satisfying.
