Damaged Ecru box? Let us know if you need a replacement

All the new Ecru boxes should arrive wrapped in protective recyclable corrugated cardboard, but we've got a couple reports that the cardboard sleeve was mysteriously missing on a large Ecru box and the Ecru box damaged (example photo below). We're not sure how that happened, and are investigating.

If this happens to you, please let us know, and let us know if you feel the damage is bad enough to warrant us sending you out a new box (your call - we'll cover the costs).
