Visited with painter Joe Vaux yesterday. Mr. Vaux just finished an incredibly creative, boisterously detailed tryptych of his version of Bosch's Garden of Earthly Delights. Death riding a bee, blue striped zebra migration, the Eiffel Tower upside down in the Underworld - we can't wait to bring it to you as a puzzle - we'll get some images up on the Coming Soon! page soon, and hopefully the actual puzzle this winter.
In the fuzzy cellphone photo I snapped below, you can see Joe holding his paint palette (where he mixes paints) and it's a little hard to tell from the bad photo, but his paint palette is this hilarious mountain of layers upon layers of dried paint about 4 inches thick in the middle - talk about artifacts!
