Amazon sometimes emails customers to ask for comments about purchasing puzzles from us.  We pay close attention to the feedback, and it really cheers our day to hear customers mostly having happy experiences.

This recent customer response cracked me up:

What comments are there to make? Why do I have to do comments?

Excellent questions! To me the answers seem obvious, but clearly not to the customer - made me wonder why:

Was this someone's first online person and honest questions?

A philosophical inquiry into what comments are meaningful?

An anti-authoritarian protest?

Made me wonder what other social and internet interactions I have begun to take for granted as obvious, when, perhaps, they should be quesitoned!
