This is a 145 piece wooden jigsaw puzzle of "Nocturne" by Kawase Hasui. The beautiful Japanese woodblock print has an unusual puzzle design by Jef Bambas that consists of tessellated interlocking fish pieces and an irregular edge, which makes this puzzle really hard. It also has another secret special feature. NOTE: The irregular edge is not shown in the image on the box!
Our Ecru Puzzles line is characterized by a closer cut and a matte finish to reduce glare. Like all our puzzles, made of 1/4" thick laser-cut wood and made in the USA. Packaged in a blue box with a magnetic clasp.

Oh my. As I was disassembling the puzzle, I realized there was something on the other side. How did I miss that? I immediately put the puzzle together again. FANTASTIC PUZZLE!

Once you see how the fish interlock, it's not too hard. Nice surprise when you turn the puzzle over!
