Ecru Puzzles - Mystery Puzzle #4

Ecru Puzzles - Mystery Puzzle #4

$ 34.00

For serious jigsaw puzzlers only: this mystery puzzle does not come with a picture on the box. All we will tell you is that the image is a Native American artwork, and the puzzle has 105 interlocking mini-hexagon pieces (product photo shows an example piece). This is a really hard puzzle: the Mim Time to do this puzzle is 4 hours (137 seconds per piece). An image label is included hidden inside the box in case you want to label the puzzle afterwards. Our Ecru Puzzles line is characterized by a closer cut and a matte finish to reduce glare. The puzzle design is by Jef Bambas. Like all our puzzles, made of 1/4" thick laser-cut wood and made in the USA. Packaged in a silver box with a magnetic clasp.

Review: I purchased this puzzle for my mother and she let me borrow it... it took me about an hour to put together.

Review: This one was a bit tricky since I am totally unfamiliar with Native American art and had to seriously study the pieces to see which ones "seemed" to go together. Nifty design. I thoroughly enjoyed working this one.

Review: I loved this puzzle. very cool images and delightful (although few) whimsies. A little tricky, but not too hard.

Review: Bloody hell this was hard. I like this new idea of "Mim Time" ratings, but it took me more like 5 minutes to get a piece, not a mere 137 seconds. Was too hard for the neighbor kids to help me with. But I enjoyed puttering over it a few days, and it was neat to see the image emerge when you don't know what to expect - had no idea Native American art looked like this. Once completed it did look nicer than the usual artifact puzzle - you couldn't see the lines between the puzzle pieces as much, but I didn't find it anymore fun to actually do than their usual puzzles, so I'm not sure I'm convinced the higher price is worth it to me.
