This fantastic 447 piece wooden jigsaw puzzle of "Lost Civilization" by Aaron Wolf has delightful underwater kingdom themed whimsies by David Figueiras,  square-ish pieces on a circular grid, and a hand-drawn lazy irregular edge.

This puzzle is harder than the average puzzle with this piece count.  Note the irregular edge is not shown on the box.

Our Ecru Puzzles line is characterized by a matte finish to reduce glare and the pieces are a bit closer-cut.

Like all our puzzles, made of 1/4" thick laser-cut wood and made in USA.

Packaged in our standard pine wood box with a small picture on the sliding lid, and an engraved side label.

11" by 19".

Review: The puzzle itself doesn't seem as bright as in this picture. The muted colors made it tough to see the images. Didn't love it.

Review: Enjoyed the irregular edge, which forced me to put together the puzzle from the castle outward (instead of from the edges inward). Great quality pieces and loved the variety of colors, although I wasn't a huge fan of the hazy "soft focus" in the middle.

Review: I love turtles! The middle is a "soft focus" and I resorted to the picture online to see more detail than on the box.

Review: This is a really enjoyable and challenging puzzle! It would make a great gift for anyone especially if they also like the sea and sea creatures! It's hard but not too hard and the vibrant colors make it especially fun!

Review: This is a spectacular puzzle!! The image is gorgeous, showing a kingdom from past times that now finds itself beneath the sea. Iridescent fish life, majestic turtles, lovely corals, and colorful anemones abound. This is an Ecru puzzle, so the cut of the pieces is a delight and the matte finish enhances the beauty of the art. Also, as whimsey-lovers, we were thrilled to find over 30 whimsey pieces, all in keeping with the underwater theme. We will admit that this was one of the more difficult Artifact puzzles that we have ever tackled, but we loved every minute of it! It actually was originally a "mystery puzzle", although how anyone could do this puzzle without at least seeing the picture is beyond us! Hats off to you if you did that. In the meantime, if you are looking for an exquisite puzzle experience that will offer a bit of a challenge, look no further!
