Fascinating puzzle that is more complicated than it seemsFeb 09, 2012

This puzzle is very well made, from wood. The pieces have very unusual shapes, consistent with the theme of the puzzle: exotic birds, giraffe, flowers, and other animals. The pieces fit very well to each other, with no gaps.
Customer service from the company is excellent. After putting the puzzle together for the first time we found that one piece was missing. I contacted the company on a weekday night, with an attachment of a photo of our completed puzzle showing the missing piece. I received a reply from the CEO within 10 mins, saying that they would mail the missing piece. I received a replacement piece 4 business days later.
I'm very happy with the product and the company!
