This was our first purchase of an Artifact Brand puzzle. My 7yo daughter picked it out because she liked the picture. It came today & when I opened the box I thought I'd try it out to see how hard it is. I confess I had to resort to pulling up the photo on Amazon because it didn't come with a picture, and I did buy it for my 7yo after all. It only took about 20 minutes to assemble (with a little help from my puzzle junkie husband!), but I fear it might be somewhat daunting for my daughter as it does not follow the "4 corner pieces, all straight edges go on the outside" norm of your average puzzle. With that being said, I came straight back to Amazon and ordered 2 more Artifact puzzles for the adults in the family & can't wait for them to arrive! The hardest decision was which 2 to buy first! I highly recommend these puzzles & suggest you look at the Artifact web site for even more selection. Happy Puzzling!

This puzzle was much more challenging than suggested by the small number of pieces. I like the quality of the wooden puzzle.
