| | | Description: | | This 254 piece wooden jigsaw puzzle features one of Los Angeles artist Joe Vaux's paintings with his characteristic nature-gone-wild flair. Joe Vaux also designed the sea monster whimsy pieces (click on the small image below the big image above to see example puzzle pieces). This is a fun puzzle to do with family or a group of friends, or just relaxing on your own.
All our puzzles are made of layers of hard and soft woods and are roughly 1/4" thick. This puzzle comes packaged in our standard unfinished pine wooden box.

The Sweetest Puzzle Ever!!!Jul 13, 2009
wow! I bought this puzzle as a gift and am glad to say that it was a HUGE success!!! Aside from the awesome art work, the puzzle piece shapes that correspond to the painting were the icing on top!! Keep 'em coming!!

This is an amazing puzzle by an exceptional artist!! Not only is the artwork amazing, but the puzzle pieces are in very cool shapes! The puzzle itself is of thick,sturdy quality and comes in a cool wooden box. Very happy with the quality. Worth every penny!!!

A fantastic and beautifully constructed puzzle. The puzzle pieces themselves are works of art. Think you simply put the border together? Think again! This is not your mom's old jigsaw puzzle. Very impressive artwork and quality. This was the first wood puzzle I'd ever seen and it is very cool. A very creative and imaginative piece of work.

Exceeded my expectations!!May 28, 2009
This is the best made puzzle I've ever bought. The pieces fit more snugly together than the other wooden puzzles I own, making it very satisfying in terms of feel. The pieces that have a representational shape are clever and fun to build the puzzle around. The image quality is as good as any puzzle I've seen, and the Joe Vaux image is great for a puzzle. I like the way the laser cut wood smells. It makes the puzzle feels like an heirloom, which is ironic since it was cut by a laser. I hope this is puzzle is representative of Artifact's other puzzles.
